Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed to support decision-making, project management, and strategic initiatives.

Conduct research and compile information as needed to support Rechelle in decision-making processes, project management, and strategic initiatives. Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, proactively identifying areas where support is needed to optimise business productivity and effectiveness.
