  • Data Formatting: Organize and structure data into a format that meets the requirements of the government rebate submission portal.
  • Project Assignment: Assign projects to contractors in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with job requirements and deadlines.

Data Management: Access, retrieve, and transfer relevant customer and project data from the CRM system into Order Forms for submission. Order Submission Oversight: Ensure the accurate and timely submission of Order Forms for government rebate processing, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines. Data Formatting: Organize and structure data into a format that meets the requirements of the government rebate submission portal. Project Assignment: Assign projects to contractors in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with job requirements and deadlines. Project Oversight: Oversee the job acceptance and completion process, ensuring contractors adhere to project specifications and timelines. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, order submissions, and rebate processing progress to relevant stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

Min 3 years proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Familiarity with government rebate programs and submission processes is an advantage.
