Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Lead Generation: Minimum of 1-3 years in lead generation, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Research Skills: Proficiency in researching and identifying contacts within targeted organizations, with a knack for finding hard-to-reach information. 
  • Effective Communication: Strong written communication skills to craft professional and engaging outreach emails. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and track multiple leads and interactions in an organized manner. 
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Experience using CRM tools to track outreach activities and manage lead data effectively.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Driven to meet lead generation targets and proactively adapt strategies to improve results.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct Targeted Research: Identify and compile contact details for key decision-makers (HR and commercial departments) within hospitals and healthcare facilities across the U.S.
  • Outreach and Email Communication: Develop personalized outreach emails to initiate conversations with healthcare facilities, introducing UPI Zones staffing solutions and building awareness of our services. 
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage and follow up with leads, tracking responses and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients to support ongoing sales efforts. 
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of lead information, outreach activities, and responses to streamline follow-up processes. 
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to pass along qualified leads and provide insights from initial outreach to support conversion efforts. 
  • Generate Reports: Track and report on lead generation activities and performance, offering data-driven insights to refine strategies.
