Our software company is committed to innovation in the rapidly changing commercial vehicle market space. Our vision and culture allow employees to be recognized as thought leaders and thrive in their careers.

In addition to the job responsibilities and requirements, the following are essential to be a successful member of our team:

Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level aesthetic concepts and technical execution. From crafting high-stakes presentations for leadership to designing responsive email campaigns that convert, your work will ensure our brand remains polished, consistent, and user-centric across every digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email & Responsive Design: Design high-performing, mobile-first email templates and digital assets that adapt seamlessly across various screen sizes and mail clients.
  • Presentation Design: Transform complex data and narratives into visually compelling stories using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
  • Asset Creation: Use Photoshop (and other Adobe Creative Suite tools) to produce high-fidelity imagery, social graphics, and UI components.
  • Web Optimization: Prepare and optimize imagery for the web, ensuring a perfect balance between visual quality and site performance/load speeds.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain mastery over design fundamentals—color theory, layout, hierarchy, typography, and spacing—to ensure all outputs align with brand standards.
  • Technical Collaboration: Utilize a basic understanding of HTML/CSS to troubleshoot design implementation and collaborate effectively with front-end developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Photoshop Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must.
  • The "Design Eye": A deep, instinctual understanding of layout, white space, and visual hierarchy.
  • Platform Versatility: Proven experience in Google Slides and PowerPoint (we need someone who can make "boring" decks look world-class).
  • Technical Literacy: Knowledge of web standards, responsive design principles, and basic HTML/CSS capabilities.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: You’re the person who catches the 1px misalignment and the stray hex code that no one else sees.
  • Portfolio: Willingness to share a portfolio of prior work to demonstrate capabilities.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a clean, modern aesthetic and a clear understanding of user experience.
  • Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and iterating quickly.

Benefits:
  • Work on meaningful projects that shape the future of the commercial vehicle industry.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Fully remote Monday-Friday work week.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401k benefits, with complimentary life insurance.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays.
  • Flexible scheduling, subject to manager’s approval.
  • Opportunity to work with a supportive and innovative team.
