We are looking for a Senior Operations Engineer to join the Identity Manager (Modules) development team at One Identity. You will contribute to the development of our enterprise-grade Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
Your responsibility will be to ensure the reliable operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our Azure-based production environment and Kubernetes infrastructure. You will provide technical expertise across cloud administration, incident management, and operational excellence initiatives, delivering secure, stable, and well-documented solutions aligned with operational standards.
Responsibilities:- You will deploy cloud services to production
- You will coordinate and oversee any required scheduled maintenance
- You will have the chance to monitor services in production and respond to alerts and incidents
- You will use your professional skills to troubleshoot issues with Azure and involve Microsoft to help to resolve them
- You will have the opportunity to monitor and service the Kubernetes infrastructure
- You will monitor Azure Advisor for security and cost recommendations
- You will analyse problems reported by customers and work with our development teams to address them
- You will be able to execute regular secret rotation (including SSL certificates)
- You will have the freedom to execute regular drills - failover, backup/recovery, etc.
- You will create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures and policies
- You will have the chance to contact and collaborate with development if needed to solve the issues
- You should have deep knowledge of Azure administration.
- You should have experience with SQL and NOSQL (SQL/Cosmos)
- You should be familiar with Linux administration/configuration/monitoring
- You should have knowledge of Windows administration/configuration/monitoring
- You should have understanding of Kubernetes administration/configuration/monitoring
- You should be experienced with Azure monitoring/management
- You should have good troubleshooting skills. A background in customer support would be an advantage.
- You should have knowledge of authentication services using Active Directory
- You should have expertise in TCP/IP networking, application-level protocols, and firewall technologies.
- You should have experience in network communication debugging, routing, knowledge of VPN technologies.
- You should have knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash.
- You should have the ability and interest to learn new technology/systems/services
