About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Operations Specialist with extensive experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings using data-driven strategies.

This role is focused on execution rather than strategy. You'll work closely with the SEO Lead to ensure all SEO deliverables are implemented accurately and on time across multiple client accounts. This includes on-page SEO, technical QA, Google Business Profile management, content publishing checks, backlink tracking, and maintaining high quality standards across every account.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive in identifying issues, and genuinely enjoys making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client websites.

• Manage technical SEO health, audits, and issue resolution.

• Oversee content publishing processes and pre-launch reviews.

• Coordinate local SEO and online presence management initiatives.

• Drive project execution, reporting, and timely delivery of all SEO campaigns and operational deliverables.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced SEO professional with 3+ years of hands-on expertise across local, on-page, and technical SEO, with a strong understanding of execution and quality assurance.

• A detail-oriented operator who takes ownership of their work, follows processes consistently, and ensures nothing is handed off without being thoroughly reviewed.

• A technically capable problem solver who is comfortable working with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, backlink management, Google Business Profiles, and common SEO platforms and tools.

• A proactive communicator who identifies issues early, provides updates without being prompted, and collaborates effectively with internal teams.

• A highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, maintain high standards across accounts, and consistently deliver work on schedule with minimal oversight.

• A hands-on contributor who enjoys execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, rather than seeking a strategy-only or thought leadership role.

Working Hours:  9 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays: US Holidays

Salary: USD 1800 - USD 2200 per month
