Requirements:

  • Liaise across Wholesale Sales, GP’s, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate leadership to ensure forecasting accuracy, CRM optimization, commission governance, white-glove fulfillment, and regulatory compliance
  • Create and uphold scalable systems, operational excellence, and customer experience standards that enable sustainable growth
  • Lead wholesale supply and demand planning between wholesale sales needs, GP, and the corporate office

Director, Wholesale Operations

Location: Remote 

Full Time, Exempt

Your Impact:

 

  • Rresponsible for guiding and implementing operational strategies that support Holistic Industries’ wholesale objectives.
  • Serve as the liaison between Wholesale Sales, GP’s, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate leadership to ensure forecasting accuracy, commission governance, CRM optimization, white-glove fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Create and uphold scalable systems, operational excellence, and customer experience standards that enable sustainable growth 
  • Guide and implement operational strategies in partnership with the wholesale sales team to achieve annual revenue and margin plans.
  • Lead wholesale supply and demand planning between the wholesale sales needs, GP and corporate office.
