As a Product Designer, you’ll play a critical role in evolving and elevating key areas of our marketplace experience.You won’t just design screens. You’ll shape how millions of users discover, evaluate, and purchase in a complex two-sided marketplace. ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end discovery and design delivery for marketplace features within your product podRevisit and elevate key customer journeys across the marketplace — including core experiences, growth loops, checkout, payments, and riskPartner closely with Product Managers and engineers to turn insights into shipped featuresDesign, run, and iterate on experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable impactTranslate user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and business constraints into intuitive, high-quality product experiencesUse AI/LLM tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-makingRaise the bar for craft, clarity, and commercial impact across the product organizationRequirementsSenior-level experience designing complex digital products (marketplace experience is a strong plus)Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex flows (e.g., payments, risk, multi-sided interactions)Proven experience running experiments and designing for measurable outcomesHigh ownership mindset — you proactively identify opportunities and drive them forwardComfort working autonomously in cross-functional podsStrong product judgment and commercial awarenessFluency in modern design tools and curiosity about AI-assisted workflowsWhat it’s like to work at Eneba
