Job description

MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Billing Implementation Specialist/Virtual Billing Systems Trainer!

Position Overview: Billing Systems Trainer that can demonstrate full competency in the billing portion of IMS Practice Management System with the ability to support and train its modules. This role involves delivering virtual training, setting up clients' medical claim systems, identifying workflow efficiencies and providing assistance to internal and external stakeholders.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9PM-6AM PHT, Office-based

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide training and support on the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions of IMS Practice Management Software.
•    Conduct virtual training sessions for new and existing clients, tailoring workflows to their needs.
•    Assess and optimize billing setups before system go-live.
•    Address billing-related issues through virtual client meetings.
•    Host internal and external webinars on billing best practices.
•    Respond to client inquiries via calls and emails.
•    Collaborate with other departments to guarantee success of the projects assigned
•    Host Lunch and Learn Webinars


Requirements:

  • College Level with prior BPO or Virtual training experience Graduate of any course
  • Experience in US healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management, Insurance Claims and practice management systems preferred 
  • Strong communication and virtual training skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A strong drive to contribute positively and inspire team success.
  • Strong ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Effectively manages time to keep training sessions to the allotted durations and maintains daily schedule accordingly.
  • Proven Ability to analyze situations and implement effective solutions.
  • Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality in work processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools, software, or platforms necessary for the role.


Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
•    Monthly salary starts at PHP 23,000
•    New hire bonus of PHP 5,000
