Requirements:

  • Generate and maintain regular compliance reports, provide analysis, insights, and recommendations; run ad hoc reports as needed
  • Manage LMS user roster across LX technologies, assign correct access and permissions, and coordinate with departments on profile issues
  • Oversee course and content management including testing, setting up course pages, uploading materials, and QA learning events
  • Configure, maintain, audit, and troubleshoot LX tools, dashboards, and platforms; create user guides and provide user training as needed

  • The LMS Administrator ensures that the LX technologies are functioning at its optimum level. The role involves a good understanding of how the technology works in order to provide the best learning experience to TaskUs Teammates. Some of the LX technologies being cared for include – but not limited to – the Learning Management System, tools, apps and platforms (internal or externally developed) globally deployed to the LX team.

    The LMS Administrator generates reports on a regular basis. Such reports are used to track compliance, respond to clients and internal stakeholders and to provide analysis, insights, and recommendations. Needless to say, the reports should be done in a timely manner with accuracy in mind.

    The role also involves managing the user roster for each LX technology. This ensures that the correct users are able to access the assigned space/s, tools, and features of the system. To do this, the Junior Administrator is expected to collaborate and coordinate with relevant groups, individuals or departments.

    This role will report directly to the LX Tech and Analytics Manager and will support global LX operations in all geos.
    The LMS Administrator are expected to fulfill the following duties:
  • Reports and Analytics

    • Generate compliance reports on a regular basis

    • Ensure reports are updated according to the agreed schedule

    • Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations on generated reports

    • Run ad hoc and standard reports for compliance systems

     

    User Management

    • Ensure that the roster is up-to-date

    • Assign users the correct access and permissions

    • Ensure that the correct users are able to access the correct space/s, tools, and features of the system

    • Coordinate and collaborate with relevant department/s should there be any issues with a user’s profile and access

     

    Course and Content Management

    • Conduct testing and provide feedback on content, especially on interactivities

    • Set up course pages according to the agreed specifications 

    • Uploaded training materials or set-up learning objects in the course pages with the correct settings

    • Function as a Systems QA wherein you will create or upload learning events

    • Ensure that details of a course are properly documented and up-to-date

     

     Site Management

    • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve tools, dashboards, apps, plugins, etc.

    • Conduct regular audits and system checks to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end tech-related system issues and challenges as well as help to identify and prevent potential problems before they occur

     

    Troubleshooting and support

    • Interact with the developers, stakeholders, and learners to analyze, troubleshoot, and respond to any system related issues while following TaskUs’ communication guidelines

    • Coordinate with the required departments to help increase compliance

    • Create and maintain slick, easy to read dashboards for compliance and system issues

    • Provide walkthroughs to users as needed

    • Collaborate with others in creating user guides, training materials, knowledge articles, etc. related to system activities

    Research and Analysis

    • Regularly search and discover basic skills related to the job and share through the teams development session

    • Stay abreast of latest trends and developments in learning technologies
