This is a remote position.
A boutique consulting firm is looking for an experienced full-time, permanent Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing Zoho implementation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of Zoho solutions, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Zoho implementation projects.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Stakeholder Management
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards, adhering to best practices in project management.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Training and Support
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Zoho solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the continued success of Zoho implementations.
