Position Title: Marketing & Partner Operations Manager
Work Set-up: Remote / Virtual
Schedule: USA West Coast (PST) Hour
Responsibilities as a Marketing & Partner Operations Manager
Marketing Operations & Execution
• Build, update, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and funnels using WordPress and Elementor
• Load, test, and deploy email campaigns using Keap/Infusionsoft
• Duplicate, update, and QA marketing campaigns and funnels
• Import, organize, and manage CRM data
• Create tracking and vanity links
• Configure basic on-page SEO for web pages
• Run basic reports on marketing metrics and KPIs
Content & Media Support
• Load and publish blog posts and marketing content
• Create and publish social media content
• Support content creation initiatives
• Perform light copywriting and content editing
• Conduct light video editing and basic production design
Project & Partner Operations
• Set up and manage marketing projects using ClickUp
• Support weekly workshops and live sessions
• Participate in partner planning meetings
• Execute co-marketing projects with external partners
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across teams
Qualifications as a Marketing & Partner Operations Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing support, or project coordination
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and CMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with Keap/Infusionsoft and WordPress preferred
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

This is a remote position.
Salary: Php 80,000.00 – Php 95,000.00
