Job Description:

• The Senior Financial/Cost Analyst provides varying levels of information and counsel/advisory in areas of controls/risk management, pricing, cost, marketing strategies, return on investment decisions, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures and the development of overall business plans and strategies.

• Translates business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and supports execution in a controlled risk and reward-based manner. Partners with the business teams to develop operating and financial plans required to achieve management's strategic plan.

• Performs analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and performs benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.

• Executes financial process improvements by maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and recommends automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery.

• Performs cost / benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis for various 'what if' scenarios and the overall impact to different business teams. Leads in-depth analysis that informs performance management discussions, integrates operational outcomes and financial performance to drive improvement in performance.

• Creates automated reports using business intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, providing decision support through analysis.
