  • Senior-level experience building and optimizing performance campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, and more.
  • Experience managing paid media for mobile apps and working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular) is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills: understanding attribution, interpreting data, and applying metrics to marketing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies for user acquisition and retention with emphasis on innovation, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, and other platforms, including mobile app campaigns.
  • Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams with global brands; work with analytics, MMPs, and measurement partners to track attribution and optimize performance.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation—propose and test new technologies, approaches, and creative assets to continuously improve growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Senior-level experience building and optimizing performance campaigns across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, and more.
  • Experience managing paid media for mobile apps and working with MMPs (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular) is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics certifications are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills: understanding attribution, interpreting data, and applying metrics to marketing decisions.
  • Someone proactive, curious, and always learning — a strategic thinker who wants to keep growing in performance media and growth marketing.
  • Advanced English (required).
  • Programmatic advertising experience (highly valued!).

 

About the role

You’ll join an expert team focused on user acquisition and retention, working side-by-side with global brands.
You’ll design and execute data-driven marketing strategies with a strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and real business outcomes.

 

📍 Remote-only position

🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm (Uruguay time)
