  • Initial processing of change requests, classifying change types, coordinating approvals, and overseeing the change process to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Support business units and plants by managing changes for all existing products and resolving issues with business unit and plant coordinators
  • Ensure evaluation, approval, and documentation of changes to processes, input raw materials, and supplier changes per Littelfuse policies and procedures
  • Manage, maintain, and monitor global change processes related to product and process modifications; support continuous improvements and PLM Helpdesk

Product Configuration Analyst

As a Product Configuration Analyst, you will be part of the Global Product Lifecycle Management (Global PLM) team supporting product change management. You will be the global process owner for product change management across Littelfuse business units, operations, and plants, ensuring processes related to product and process change control are followed and maintained. Main responsibilities include initial processing of change requests, classifying change types, coordinating change request approvals, and process oversight to ensure all product and process change requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

About the job:

  • Initial processing of change requests, classifying change types,
  • Business unit support for all existing products and management of all changes related to those products. Work with the business unit and plant coordinators when issues need resolution.
  • Ensure that all changes pertaining to processes, and/or input raw materials, and/or supplier changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documented per Littelfuse policies and procedures.
  • Manage, maintain, and monitor global change processes related to product and process modifications. Support continuous improvements as it relates to product change management
  • Manage PLM Support Helpdesk and other duties assigned

About you:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree required at a minimum, preferably in an Engineering or Science-related field
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Database Management Experience
  • Knowledge of product support
  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willing to work on different shifts
