Configure and optimize core NetSuite processes (Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, Record to Report) and deliver high-quality solutions
Maintain expert-level knowledge of NetSuite, including new releases and functionality to maximize client ROI

Job description

Job Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated professional who can work independently in a fully remote setup while ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for helping clients optimize their NetSuite environment, configuring core processes, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on all things NetSuite.
Work with customers to define objectives and outcomes for work packets and ensure alignment.
Complete work packets in a timely manner with proper documentation and communication to SSMs and CSMs.
Configure and optimize core NetSuite processes, including Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
Provide guidance on customization specifications for the development team.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of NetSuite, including new releases and functionality.
Deliver solutions that ensure clients maximize their investment in NetSuite and achieve their business goals.
Support clients in additional NetSuite areas, such as WMS, Manufacturing (Mobile), SCM (MRP), Demand Planning, SuiteBilling, ARM, etc.
Manage multiple short-term deliverables while maintaining high-quality output and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of strong NetSuite functional experience.
Solid expertise in Manufacturing modules:

Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Advanced Manufacturing
RF-SMART
Work in Process (WIP) and Routings
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Demand Planning
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Quality Management System (QMS)
Standard Costing

Experience in system configuration, requirements gathering, and client-facing projects.
Familiarity with workflows, custom fields, and basic financial

Fast-paced delivery mindset suitable for Managed Services projects.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

Exposure to both implementation and managed servicesenvironments.
Background in Supply Chain or Manufacturing industry processes.
