  • Min 2.5 years Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and invoicing software. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring important messages are prioritized. 
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while optimizing schedules and budgets. 
  • Process deposits, create and send invoices, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions. 
  • Take and manage customer orders, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and fulfilled. 
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining organized digital records. 
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
