Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in a hybrid role as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in technology-driven environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews); coach teams on agile principles and foster self-organization; proactively resolve impediments.
  • Translate high-level product visions into clear backlogs by defining, prioritizing, and refining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage technical debt to maximize value.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports; track milestones and address risks, coordinating resources across projects.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate progress and challenges clearly, and provide inspiring demos aligned with business objectives.

Role Overview
The Agile Delivery Manager is a versatile leader who combines the expertise of a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Project Manager. In this role, you will ensure smooth execution of projects by facilitating agile practices, translating vision into actionable backlogs, and keeping teams on track. Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Facilitation

  • Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

  • Coach teams on agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.

  • Proactively resolve impediments to ensure smooth project progression and delivery.

Vision to Execution

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level product visions into clear, actionable backlogs.

  • Define, prioritize, and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align with business goals.

  • Manage technical debt and ensure backlog features deliver maximum commercial value.

Project Management

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and progress reports.

  • Track and ensure timely delivery of milestones, addressing risks and challenges proactively.

  • Coordinate resources across multiple projects to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to align expectations.

  • Communicate project progress, successes, and challenges clearly to stakeholders.

  • Deliver inspiring demos and updates, ensuring alignment between business objectives and team efforts.

Motivational Influence

  • Inspire teams to maintain energy and commitment, even during challenging periods.

  • Create an environment of trust, transparency, and accountability, ensuring high-performance teams.





What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years in a hybrid role as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in tech-driven environments.
