Roles & Responsibilities

  • Graduate in Engineering, Business Management or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Zoho CRM preferred

  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Organise meetings with Vendors/OEMs/Consultants
  • Handle correspondence directed to managers and take dictation/minutes and write them up
  • Produce reports and presentations

Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
  • Organising meetings with Vendors/OEMs/Consultants
  • Handling correspondence directed to managers
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
  • Managing day to day CRM activities


Requirements

Desired Background
  • Graduate, Engineering, business management or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar role
