Roles & Responsibilities

8-15 years of Salesforce experience with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Platform.
Proven experience guiding developers and delivering enterprise CRM implementations; leadership of sprint delivery.
Strong integration skills: REST API, SOAP API, Omnistudio, inbound/outbound integration patterns and authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead complex IT lifecycle projects (Analysis to Production).

Requirements:

Lead technical architecture and delivery for Salesforce platform and integrations, guiding projects through the full IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test, Production).
Mentor developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce Industries best practices; drive sprint objectives and conduct sprint show-and-tell.
Deliver enterprise CRM projects with consideration of long-term impact, conflicts, limitations, and impact on roadmaps or upgrades.
Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams to align expectations and drive successful outcomes.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Role :Technical Architect/Technical lead (Salesforce platform and Integrations)

Type : Contract(6months)

Mode : Remote(PAN INDIA)

Notice : Immediate

Experience:

8 to 15 Years Salesforec Experience with strong hands on experience in Salesforce Platform

Experience guiding developers using Salesforce Industries best practices.

The ability to take accountability for team deliverables and ensure that Sprint objectives are met, including conducting a successful sprint show and tell

You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM implementations

Evaluating the long-term impact of implementing capabilities, including conflicts, limitations, and impact on operations, roadmaps, or upgrades.

You’ll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members

Technical Skills:

Apex, Omnistudio (Integration Procedure , Data Raptors)

REST API knowledge(must have), SOAP API(good to have)

Salesforce Integration patterns

How to build Inbound Integration - Standard and Custom

How to invoke external integration API

Different types of Authentication and Authorization mechanism, Oauth 2.0, JWT etc

Different types of Identify management flow like Oauth Web Server Flow, JWT Token Bearer flow, SAML bearer flow etc.(Advanced feature. Basic understanding is a must. In depth knowledge - good to have)

How to parse JSON and XML

Data modeling

Sales Cloud, Communication Cloud

Systems analysis and design

Ability to technically lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test & Production)
