Roles & Responsibilities

6+ years of QA/testing experience
Expertise in Salesforce Vlocity and Omnistudio (DocGen Foundation concepts)
Experience in Financial Services Cloud and Banking domain
Proficiency in manual/functional/UI/mobile testing, UAT, and agile/test-management

Requirements:

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily standups, grooming, retros) and work with cross-functional teams
Analyze requirements, design test cases for the current sprint, and estimate in Jira
Configure and validate Salesforce Vlocity and Omnistudio apps (incl. DocGen) within Banking/Financial Services domain
Independently execute tests (functional, UI, mobile, regression, data) in QA; communicate status to client and BA; assist teammates

Job Description :

- Following agile methodology with Sprint planning & attending Daily Standup, Scrum meeting, Retrospective meeting, Grooming session, Peer review meeting etc.

-This role involves understanding business processes, configuring Vlocity and Omnistudio applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

-Experience in Banking industry, Vlocity Omnistudio.

-Omnistudio Document Generation & DocGen Foundation Concepts

- Understanding requirements from user stories & designing test cases for the current sprint.

- Estimate requirements for all user stories in Jira.

- Responsible for performing test execution independently with functional testing, UI testing, mobile testing, bulk data testing in QA environment for all user stories as per the requirement.

- Perform test execution independently in QA environment.

- Communication with client regarding daily status & progress of the project.

- Communication with BA for requirement gap for any user stories or documents.

- Helping other team members in the execution of test cases.
