Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong Service Cloud development experience with Apex, platform events, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, security model, RESTful APIs, and declarative tools (ServiceMax experience preferred)
Apex best practices and application performance tuning
Experience with agile development and ALM tools (Jira or equivalent) and front-end/back-end web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS)

Requirements:

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions using Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and REST APIs
Implement platform events, security model considerations, and performance-tuning strategies
Collaborate in Agile environments, participate in sprint planning, and utilize Jira or similar ALM tools for SDLC
Work with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and backend tools to deliver integrated web applications

Job description

This is a remote position.

Service Cloud Sr Developer- Contract

• 5+yr of Salesforce Experience

• Salesforce Service Cloud developer with strong experience with apex, platform events, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, security model, RESTful APIs, and declarative tools.

• Must be well versed with apex best practices and application performance tuning.

• Should have experience with front end languages and backend tools for web engineering such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.

• ServiceMax experience will be preferred

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills required

• Must have worked in agile projects and have used Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC
