Roles & Responsibilities

6+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, with preference for AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms; open to other automation tools
Proven expertise in Salesforce, especially within the Service Cloud module
Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD Settings, and Sharing Rules)
Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing

Requirements:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments (AccelQ preferred, but other tools acceptable)
Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce Service Cloud features with emphasis on backend data validation
Detect issues early by understanding backend configurations, process flows, and validation rules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Work in Agile projects using Jira or other ALM tools, contributing to SDLC activities

Job description

This is a remote position.

Service Cloud Sr QA with automation

Service Cloud QA with automation:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong preference for experience using AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms. Any automation tool is also fine.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce, particularly within the Service Cloud module.

•Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model:

oProfiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD Settings, and Sharing Rules.

• Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.

• Extensive experience in designing and developing robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments.

• Highly skilled at early issue detection, with a deep understanding of backend configurations, process flows, and validation rules.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills required

• Must have worked in agile projects and have used Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC
