1+ year of experience with SQL query tools and connecting to multiple databases.

Requirements:

Develop and implement an effective test strategy for Salesforce applications and review test cases and test reports.
Develop automation test plans and build automation tests using Selenium/AccelQ (or both).
Execute functional testing, document defects, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders and the development team.
Collaborate with Stakeholders, Business Systems Analysts, and Engineering to understand functionality and maintain test documentation (wiki/sharepoint).

Job description

This is a remote position.

Role : Salesforce Automation QA

Notice period: Immediate

Type : Contract/Permanent

Mode: Remote(but need to be available for Hybrid)

Job Description:

7+ years’ experience with experience with Salesforce and its testing methodologies.
Strong experience in analysis of software systems and writing QA Test Plans for business software applications such as Salesforce.
Develop and implement an effective test strategy for Salesforce applications. ? Review the Test Cases documents and test reports.
Should have 4+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium or AccelQ or both.
2+ year experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
1+ year experience with SQL query tools and connecting with multiple types of databases.
Document test plans, scenarios, and processes and setup reviews to gather multiple points of view.
Execute functional testing, document issues found, and follow-up on issues to resolution.
Develop automation test plans and build automation tests.
Document defects and coordinate resolution of defects with stakeholders and the development team.
Create \ maintain process and knowledge docs (Wiki, SharePoint).
Effectively utilize Proofpoint?s test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, MS Office Excel/Word).
Collaborate with Stakeholder, Business Systems Analysts, and Engineering to understand the functionality and behavior being implemented and develop positive and negative scenarios that exercise the feature well.
Strong (intermediate to expert) understanding and experience with Salesforce.com basic platform features such as Security Model, Standard Objects, Custom Objects, Visual Force Pages, Process Automation, Lightning Components. Good knowledge of Service Cloud and OMS
Able to effectively utilize software test libraries (TestNG or similar), REST APIs (RestAssured or similar), database interfaces, and reporting libraries (Allure or similar)
Effective communication, both written and verbal
