6+ years of QA experience, preferably in Salesforce Vlocity Omnistudio within Banking/Financial Services domain
Hands-on experience configuring Vlocity and Omnistudio applications including DocGen Foundation concepts
Proficiency in mobile, functional, UI, regression, and manual testing; experience in test case design from user stories and Jira
Strong communication, collaboration, and team management skills in Agile environments
Requirements:
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, grooming, and peer reviews) and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Understand business processes and configure Vlocity and Omnistudio applications to deliver quality Salesforce solutions for Banking domain requirements
Design and execute test cases from user stories; estimate work in Jira and perform independent test execution across functional, UI, mobile, and bulk data testing in QA environment
Communicate daily project status with clients and BAs; mentor teammates and assist in test case execution

- Following agile methodology with Sprint planning & attending Daily Standup, Scrum meeting, Retrospective meeting, Grooming session, Peer review meeting etc.

- Understanding requirements from user stories & designing test cases for the current sprint.
- Estimate requirements for all user stories in Jira.
- Responsible for performing test execution independently with functional testing, UI testing, mobile testing, bulk data testing in QA environment for all user stories as per the requirement.
- Perform test execution independently in QA environment.
- Communication with client regarding daily status & progress of the project.
- Communication with BA for requirement gap for any user stories or documents.
- Helping other team members in the execution of test cases.
