Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
  • 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience, especially ServiceMax
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong communication skills

Requirements:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce ServiceMax applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including Service Max configurations, Field Service, and Work Orders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and application issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment and adhere to US EST time zone overlap

Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: ServiceMAx Developer with sfdc (Apex / LWC)
Location: Remote
Work Arrangement : Full time (8 hrs.) US EST Timezone, 4 hrs. US time overlap required in EST
timezone.

Professional Qualification
• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
• Salesforce product knowledge with 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience,
especially Service Max
• Experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues


Desired :
• Hands on working experience on Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Service Max Configuration,
Field Service, Work Orders, LWC.
• Certified Service Max Admin
• Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified
Salesforce Platform Developer I
