Mandatory skills:

The Salesforce Developer with admin skills will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and customization and be involved in the implementation of Salesforce.com modules. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional technical skills in Administration, development and customization of salesforce and integration tools and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role the candidate will embrace and adhere to IT standards, processes, and methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

· 8+ years technical development experience on Salesforce

· We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform

· Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform.

· Experience on salesforce platform optimizations and new feature’s introductions

· Ensuring data security by managing profiles, Permissions, roles, and sharing rules settings for both internal and external users. Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visual Force, Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL

· Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports

· Proficient in Salesforce data migration using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc.

· Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform, sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc.

· Experience with CI/CD DevOps, including using tools such as: GitHub, Jira

· Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer Experience working in an Agile project team environment

· Experience working directly with product owners and business partners.

· Collaborate with administrators, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to Salesforce development and customization.

· Contribute to the overall improvement of development processes, coding standards, and tools.

· Comfortable with ambiguity and effective with minimal guidance

· Salesforce CPQ experience is nice to have

· Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications preferred.
