Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
  • Salesforce product knowledge with 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience, especially Service Max

Requirements:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Configure Service Max, Field Service, and Work Orders within Salesforce; integrate Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across US EST timezone to gather requirements and provide updates
  • Ensure quality delivery by adhering to SMART working principles and supporting deployment, testing, and maintenance

Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Apex / LWC)
Location: Remote
Work Arrangement : Full time (8 hrs.) US EST Timezone, 4 hrs. US time overlap required in EST
timezone.

Professional Qualification
• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
• Salesforce product knowledge with 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience,
especially Service Max
• Experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues

Desired :
• Hands on working experience on Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Service Max Configuration,
Field Service, Work Orders, LWC.
• Certified Service Max Admin
• Additional Salesforce certifications e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified
