7+ years of experience in Master Data Management or Reference Data Management
3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Informatica MDM and RDM solutions
Proven hands-on experience implementing match and merge rules, survivorship logic and golden records
Strong experience designing and configuring stewardship workflows in Informatica

The Senior INFORMATICA Master & Reference Data Implementation Lead will provide senior technical and functional leadership for the implementation and ownership of an enterprise Master and Reference Data Management platform. The role is responsible for translating established data governance frameworks into operational INFORMATICA MDM and RDM solutions, ensuring the delivery of trusted golden records, stewardship workflows, and data quality processes. The consultant will work closely with an implementation partner during the delivery phase and will take full ownership of the platform post-handover, enabling independent operation, extension, and onboarding of new master and reference data use cases.
Location: Hybrid (Near-shore with travel to Geneva)

7+ years of experience in Master Data Management or Reference Data Management
3+ years of hands-on experience delivering INFORMATICA MDM and RDM solutions
Proven hands-on experience implementing match and merge rules, survivorship logic and golden records
Strong experience designing and configuring stewardship workflows in INFORMATICA
Demonstrated ability to translate business and governance requirements into technical configurations
Experience working with system integrators and overseeing partner delivery
Strong understanding of data quality management, profiling, cleansing and deduplication
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and data owners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lead complex implementations.
