Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while also managing and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires a dynamic and versatile professional capable of driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

You Will:

  • Research and pursue potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Manage invoicing, track payments, and resolve any financial issues.
  • Handle client renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to enhance revenue and client retention.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive market conditions.


Requirements

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company.
  • Proficient in using CRM, sales pipeline, and other relevant tools. Experience with Zoho is preferred.

Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time 

Salary: Php 40,000 - 50,000 NET
