Position: HR Officer
Role Overview: The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all facets of human resources operations and strategy, with a focus on fostering accountability, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring operational reliability. This position is pivotal in supporting career development, driving employee engagement initiatives, and optimizing the HRIS system. The HR Officer is expected to demonstrate professionalism, uphold company schedules, and set a positive example in all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee the entire onboarding process, probation check-ins, and offboarding, including exit interviews and final documentation.
HRIS Management: Ensure HRIS accuracy, generate reports, and train employees on system functionalities.
Performance Management: Implement career development plans, manage PIPs, and handle appraisals.
Total Rewards & Benefits: Manage compensation, benefits, and HMO programs, ensuring market competitiveness and resolving employee concerns.
Employee Engagement & Relations: Lead engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and resolve grievances.

Requirements
