At DigiFist, we specialize in Shopify development, international expansion, growth strategies, and performance marketing. Headquartered in Belgium, we are growing rapidly and expanding our presence in Türkiye and the UAE. Our mission is to empower businesses by providing top-notch Shopify solutions and delivering exceptional digital performance marketing services.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our efforts in generating new business in Türkiye and the UAE. This role is crucial for expanding DigiFist's client portfolio in Shopify and digital performance marketing, with a strong focus on building relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network in the region, a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, and a proven ability to secure and grow client accounts.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients in Türkiye and the UAE, focusing on Shopify development and performance marketing services.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, offering strategic advice to enhance their e-commerce performance.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Digifist’s reach in the region.
  • Networking: Leverage your existing network and actively seek out new partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, project management, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth in Türkiye and the UAE.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, client acquisition, and market trends to the senior leadership team.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the e-commerce, digital marketing, or technology sectors.
  • Extensive network and experience in Türkiye and the UAE markets.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and digital performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and either Turkish or Arabic (both languages are a plus).
