Roles & Responsibilities

Fluent Hindi and English with strong articulation and on-camera presence.
Ability to independently shoot, edit, and package social media videos, including coordinating lighting, framing, and audio.
Proficiency with scripting tools and basic teleprompter apps; strong understanding of short-form retention hooks, caption timing, pacing, and platform-specific formatting.
Ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; prior digital media or YouTube experience is a plus.

Requirements:

Host social media videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook; break down tech/fintech topics in simple, engaging Hindi and English with platform-optimized captions and retention hooks.
Deliver 2–4 social media videos daily (as per content calendar); independently produce videos including coordinating shoot setup (lighting, framing, audio) and self-shoot or manage basic shoot requirements.
Stay updated with trends in smartphones, AI tools, apps, startup ecosystem, UPI updates, fintech news, digital payments, personal finance trends, and crypto; suggest new formats, series ideas, and viral hooks.
Own the full content pipeline from concept to final publish across platforms, including scripting, shooting, editing, and posting.

We are looking for a Hindi+English-speaking Video Anchor/Host who can confidently present on camera and independently produce and package social media videos for digital platforms. This role requires someone who understands the full content pipeline - from concept to final publish-ready video

Key Responsibilities
