Financial Analyst

We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our Finance Operations team as a Financial Analyst. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping business decisions through insightful analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ideal candidates will have the ability to combine financial expertise with modern tools to streamline reporting and deliver insights. Key Responsibilities 

• Drive financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
• Support reporting enhancements and automation, including dashboards and visualization tools, to improve financial transparency.
• Work with ERP, CRM, and reporting systems to validate and analyze financial data for decision-making.

Basic Qualifications (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles. 
• Expert ability in Excel and financial modeling. 
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with CRM and reporting tools is a plus. 
• Exposure to data visualization tools and basic knowledge of SQL or DAX preferred. 
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
