6+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Salesforce development
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulers and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce data model and security model, and configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules; Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)
Lead end-to-end Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; provide technical direction to the team
Develop and review Salesforce components (Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Visualforce) and design/implement REST/SOAP integrations
Ensure code quality and release readiness through code reviews, best practices, and unit testing (minimum 75% coverage); manage deployments via Change Sets, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Lead and mentor the team, collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Product Owners; support release planning, sprint execution, and production issue resolution with root cause analysis; ensure security/compliance

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Development Lead who will be responsible for leading Salesforce design and development activities, managing a team of developers, ensuring best practices, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (as applicable)
Own solution design and provide technical direction to the team.
Develop and review Salesforce components including:
Apex Classes, Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Visualforce pages (if needed)
SOQL/SOSL queries
Implement integrations using:
REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure code quality through:
Code reviews
Best practices enforcement
Unit testing (minimum 75% coverage)
Manage deployments using tools like:
Change Sets, SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines
Support release planning, sprint execution, and delivery commitments.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Product Owners.
Guide team members and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
Ensure security and compliance standards are followed.
Requirements
6+ years overall IT experience with 4+ years in Salesforce development
Strong hands-on in:
Apex, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Data Model and Security model
Experience in Salesforce configuration:
Flows, Validation rules, Workflow rules
Profiles, Permission sets, Sharing rules
Strong knowledge of:
Governor limits and performance tuning
Integration patterns and error handling
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Good to Have
Salesforce Certifications like:
Platform Developer I / II
Salesforce Administrator
Application Architect / System Architect (preferred)
Experience with DevOps tools:
