Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator

This is a remote position.

Location: Currently remote; may transition to onsite in the future

• We are looking for an execution-driven Project Manager who can manage end-to-end delivery of training programs, hackathons, and customer engagements.
  
• This role requires strong ownership across planning, tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  
• The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end requirement gathering, planning, execution of ILT (Instructor-Led Training), hackathons, customer briefings, and similar programs
  
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all programs 
  

2. Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain structured project trackers using Excel or similar tools
  
• Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
  
• Share periodic status updates with stakeholders with clear visibility on progress
  

3. Risk Management & Escalation Handling

• Proactively identify risks and define mitigation plans
  
• Handle escalations effectively with a solution-oriented mindset
  
• Ensure minimal disruption to delivery timelines
  

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams (technical team , customer, trainers, content, operations etc.)
  
• Act as a bridge between customers and delivery teams
  
• Ensure clear communication and expectation alignment
  

5. Budget & Resource Tracking

• Track project budgets, effort utilization, and resource allocation
  
• Ensure cost efficiency and highlight deviations early
  

6. Operational Excellence

• Drive process adherence and standardization
  
• Improve tracking mechanisms, templates, and workflows
  
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management / Program Delivery
  
• Strong proficiency in Excel (project tracking, reporting, dashboards)
  
• Hands-on experience in timeline management, risk tracking, and escalation handling
  
• Experience in managing training programs, hackathons, or customer-facing initiatives
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high ownership
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Azure-based or cloud-related projects
  
• Understanding of technical training environments or cloud platforms
  
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Planner, or similar tools
