Summary:
The Client Services Manager (CSM) serves as a key strategic partner to Valpak’s clients and sales organization, managing the execution and success of multi-channel advertising programs. This role ensures a best-in-class client experience by driving results across Valpak’s portfolio of solutions — including print, solo mail, digital, and emerging products — for clients in Direct Response, Retail, Fortune 500 Grocery, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and E-commerce sectors.
The CSM acts as the primary liaison between clients, Sales Directors, and Account Executives to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, objectives are met, and opportunities for growth are continuously identified. This highly visible role combines client relationship management, campaign strategy, and project leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
