Roles & Responsibilities

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite or similar tool)
Proficient in Google Sheets/Drive and Google Workspace
Experience with B2B shipping and Shopify store inventory management (3PL)
Basic experience with Asana or other project management tools

Requirements:

Maintain and update logistics data across ERP, Shopify inventory, and 3PL systems
Coordinate B2B shipments, track statuses, and resolve issues with carriers and partners
Document processes and generate dashboards/reports using Google Sheets/Drive
Collaborate with a global team across time zones to ensure on-time delivery of tasks

Requirements

The Requirements:

Experience with ERP like Netsuite or similar tool
Google Sheets and Drive experience; experience in Google Suite
Experience with B2B shipping
Basic experience with Asana or other project mgt. tool
Basic understanding of Shopify store and inventory (3PL managing shipments here)
Excellent English verbal and written
Should be extremely detail-oriented and highly organized, proactive, resourceful, team player, and complete deliverables on time
Ability to work in any timezone in the US or graveyard/night shift schedule in the Philippines, ensuring effective collaboration with our global team.
