Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent with in-depth knowledge of GDS systems to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport, along with a passion for delivering outstanding travel solutions. You will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Travel Bookings: Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements using GDS systems, including Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and Travelport.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries, changes, and special travel requests to ensure a seamless experience.
Stay Updated with Travel Policies: Keep up-to-date with airline policies, travel restrictions, and fare rules to provide accurate information to clients.
Offer Customized Travel Solutions: Understand clients' travel needs and preferences to offer personalized recommendations and services.
Manage Reservations: Make amendments and cancellations as needed while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
