This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent performance and compliance with company standards.
Monitor vendor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service) to ensure vendor offerings align with overall e-commerce strategy and business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, inventory flow, and fulfillment processes.
Review and approve vendor content, including product listings and descriptions, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with Shopify platform standards.
Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to inform strategic decisions and vendor initiatives.
Lead projects to streamline vendor operations, reduce costs, and enhance the overall e-commerce customer experience.
Qualifications:
4–5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Shopify.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product lifecycle management, and inventory coordination.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with vendor performance KPIs and e-commerce metrics.
Preferred:
Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee) is a plus.
Background in operational strategy, process optimization, or supply chain management.
