We are seeking an HCM Strategic Implementation Manager to lead client implementations with precision and care, leveraging strategic insight and expertise in HCM systems like Paylocity and Paycor.

About the Role

As an HCM Strategic Implementation Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects for our clients, ensuring seamless transitions to new HCM systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of HCM platforms, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead White Glove Implementations: Manage the full lifecycle of HCM implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

Strategic Guidance: Provide expert-level strategic advice to clients on best practices for optimizing their HCM systems.

Vendor Collaboration: Partner with leading HCM providers like Paylocity and Paycor to deliver seamless integrations.

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing proactive communication.

Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timelines, data accuracy, and deliverables are met.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools for efficient and effective implementations.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of experience in HCM implementations or related roles, preferably with Paylocity, Paycor, or similar platforms.

Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to think critically and develop tailored solutions for diverse client needs.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with HCM systems, data migration, and process optimization.

Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service.

Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
