Job description

This is a remote position.

Enterprise Sales Executive

You must be actively working with real estate broker owners today. This is required.

You will be responsible to prospect real estate broker owners and corporates through in-market sales strategies consisting, but not limited to, sales calls, individual appointments, group meetings, and real estate trade shows. This includes engaging in a consultative sales process for a win-win partnership between us and the client. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect real estate brokers and achieve revenue goals through leads generated for you and selective cold calls.
  • Sell our services and solutions using a consultative approach
  • Maintain daily activity benchmarks including outbound calls and emails, prospecting, conducting business assessments and top to end funnel sales processes
  • Become a valuable resource and partner to your prospects and broker partners regarding industry knowledge and happenings
  • Attend real estate conferences, trade shows, and in person meetings to conduct presentations and meet prospects with the intent to increase broker base
  • Act as a brand ambassador for company, representing the best interests of the company
  • Continuously identify and recommend opportunities for improved efficiency within own responsibilities and Enterprise Sales Team processes
  • Knowledge of buying signals and asking discovery questions
  • Driven to be a success -- Whatever it takes to get it done, does not get discouraged easily
  • Technology savvy -- Strong understanding of CRMs, transaction management, websites and social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
