This is a remote position.
We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate electrical BIM models for various projects in India and USA both.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and develop Electrical BIM models in Revit.
Model lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, panels, and ELV systems.
Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.
Create and modify Revit families.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA/QC procedures.
Assist in project estimation and documentation.
Proficiency in Revit (MEP).
Must have experience handling USA projects independently
Strong understanding of electrical systems.
Experience in clash detection and coordination.
Knowledge of BIM standards and construction documentation.
Location: Remote (For candidate in India)
Remote work opportunity
Office hours: 6 pm to 2:30 am IST Monday to Friday
Work Platform: MS Teams
Mandatory keeping webcam ON during working hours
