4-5 years in content production, preferably video-first
Experience with YouTube (personal channel or client work)
Strong understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
Excellent written communication (you'll write briefs, outlines, hooks)
Requirements:
Build and maintain the content calendar; ideate 3-4 content pillars and rotate formats
Manage end-to-end production workflow from ideation to publish; coordinate with the YouTube editor on timelines, thumbnails, and titles; keep the founder on schedule
Repurpose one long-form video into 5-7 cross-platform pieces and distribute to YouTube, Shorts/Reels, LinkedIn, X, Skool, and email
Track performance metrics (CTR, retention, engagement, opt-ins); run thumbnail tests and report weekly on content performance

About the Role
We're looking for a Content Producer to build and run our YouTube-first content engine. You'll work directly with our founder to turn his expertise into trust-building content — one long-form video per week, repurposed everywhere.

Responsabilities
Content Strategy & Ideation
Build and maintain the content calendar
Pull video ideas out of Zack's head (he knows investing, you know content)
Define 3-4 content pillars and rotate formats to keep it fresh
Production Coordination
Manage the workflow: ideation → script/outline → record → edit → publish
Coordinate with our YouTube editor (Alex) on timelines, thumbnails, titles
Keep Zack on schedule (he's busy — you'll need to manage up)
Repurposing & Distribution
Take 1 long-form video and turn it into 5-7 pieces across platforms
Distribute to YouTube, Shorts/Reels, LinkedIn, X, Skool community, email
Maintain consistent posting cadence across all channels
