  • Schedule, manage, and run sales calls and demonstrations with prospects; provide live online sales demonstrations via Zoom and/or Google Meet.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity within HubSpot CRM; use a consultative selling approach to diagnose needs and recommend solutions.

This is a remote position.

This company is a leading digital marketing provider for insurance agencies in the United States. They’re committed to providing our clients with customer service they love and solutions that deliver results. Also, it offers insurance agency websites, social media marketing, reviews & reputation management, pay-per-click advertising, and local listings management.


They are seeking a determined, sales-savvy, highly motivated professional who can communicate and present
our website and digital marketing services via phone calls, outbound emails, and online demonstrations. BrightFire’s solutions include websites, SEO, social media marketing, reviews & reputation management, search engine marketing (paid search), and local listings
management.


You must have strong communication skills and be able to make prospects feel comfortable discussing technical subjects. You should be an attentive listener who asks effective questions to uncover pain points and provide thoughtful, consultative recommendations, always focusing on what will genuinely help the agency rather than simply promoting the most expensive option. In addition to new customer acquisition, this role also involves upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage prospects and customers through outbound calls, outbound emails, inbound inquiries, live website chat, and scheduled meetings.
  • Proactively conduct outbound outreach to: Net-new prospects, Closed-lost opportunities, Win-back and cross-sell accounts.
  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated through BrightFire marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule, manage, and run sales calls and demonstrations with prospects.
  • Provide live, online sales demonstrations via Zoom and or Google Meets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity within HubSpot CRM.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to diagnose needs and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outbound messaging, lead generation strategies, and sales processes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and BrightFire product updates.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (SaaS, digital marketing, or technical services preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting (calls and email) and inbound
  • lead conversion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and educate.
  • Comfort presenting via Zoom or similar online meeting tools.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way.
  • Proven honesty and accuracy when setting client expectations.
  • Experience selling to small businesses with shorter sales cycles (~45 days).
  • Hands-on experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing services, including websites, SEO, SEM, and
  • social media.

Benefits
