Job description

This is a remote position.

Specialist – Order Management (12-Month Contract | Remote - Pakistan)

We are hiring on behalf of our client for an exciting Specialist – Order Management role. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage orders efficiently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate customer contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process new sales, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Make necessary adjustments to client accounts and provide clear explanations to clients, sales teams, and customer service representatives.
  • Manage email communications efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Escalate key issues to senior management when needed and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Generate basic ad hoc reports to support business operations.


Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce or Oracle.
