This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and support the modernization, expansion, and maintenance of Monterey’s internal and client-facing software ecosystem. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users, IT operations, and data teams to design, develop, and deploy reliable applications across on-premise and cloud environments. This position involves hands-on development across the full technology stack, primarily using C#, .NET, Python, and Microsoft SQL Server, with opportunities to participate in modernization initiatives such as Blazor micro-apps and API integrations.
● Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and .NET Framework/Core.
● Enhance and refactor legacy systems using VB.NET and Classic ASP, ensuring backward compatibility.
● Design and build Blazor-based micro applications integrated with MSSQL databases, third-party APIs, and the Nortridge Loan Servicing System.
● Build and integrate REST APIs with various tools to improve user experience.
● Collaborate with IT to manage IIS deployments and maintain database integrity within MSSQL.
● Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization for reliability and scalability.
● Document technical designs, APIs, and workflows to support integrations.
Requisitos
5+ years of experience in full-stack development using ASP.NET MVC, C#, .NET Framework, or .NET Core.
● Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript for legacy systems.
● Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, query optimization, and schema design.
● Familiarity with IIS hosting, Windows environments, and on-premise deployments.
● Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
● Understanding of GitHub and other collaboration tools.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, Devin, or GitHub Copilot.
● Familiarity with payment processing APIs and webhook integrations like Repay or LoanPaymentPro.
● Background in financial services, collections, or loan servicing.
● Experience with automation scripting, data migration, or Rust CLI tools is a plus.
