Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

Processing / calling Leads generated for admissions at 21K School for various programmes offered in India and abroad.
Proactively follow-up with leads and ensure effective, timely handling of all queries
Ensure expertise in product information for effective sales call with Parents
Update CRM promptly and prepare reports regularly as required from time to time
Manage and ensure best productivity of sales team under the Lead.
