  • 2+ years of experience in a startup environment
  • Excellent people skills; ability to build strong relationships with leaders and teams and act as sparring partner on people matters
  • Experience with HR processes and HR technology (Zoho), including initiatives around employee value proposition
  • Ability to design and implement organizational strategies using data insights, including OKRs and action plans

This is a remote position.

People Partner

Objectives & Key Results.

As we progress on our journey towards establishing a reimagined way of working by having a cohesive culture and people partnering model, you will play a key role.

Initially, you will be deeply involved in the preparation and execution of strategies for Employee value proposition, embedding the new ways of working, new HR processes and technology (Zoho), supporting team leaders through the transition.

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams and be their main point of contact and sparring partner on all people matters.
  • Participating in execution and implementation of Org wide OKRs
  • Designing Value proposition activities
  • Participating in the initiative of designing a unique candidate experience process and enabling high-performance systems
  • Resolve employee relations issue support and advise leaders.
  • Design and develop action plans with real-time data insights.
