Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team. This role involves not only leading and managing design projects but also engaging directly with enterprise clients in person. The Senior Designer will oversee the creation of digital assets for mobile and web applications and ensure high-quality, cohesive design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage design projects, including product design for mobile and web applications.
Work directly with enterprise clients in person to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions.
Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and development teams.
Create all digital design assets, including animations and presentations.
Mentor junior designers and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Understand and contribute to the sales aspects of projects, including upselling opportunities from a design perspective.
